My name is Jean Rene Ngando Moukala. I’m a GRC Professional and Life Coach who has extensive experience in the commercial and investment banking industry. Through continuing training in the field of governance, risks, and compliance, my ambition is to help senior and executive managers acquire soft knowledge that will allow them to develop their talents, improve their leadership, and increase their performance. I also assist financial institutions in developing and implementing governance, risk, and compliance approaches in their efforts to achieve their objective of performance-addressing risks. My skills were acquired through handling various executive positions in the financial sector across Africa and getting certification in coaching (Mindvalley), and GRCP (OCEG).
